Pinchuan Ong is a labor economist at the National University of Singapore Business School. His research focuses on how individuals choose to supply labor, including the labor supply disincentives involved in child support (child maintenance), responses to higher taxation vis-à-vis lower wages, and how automation changes work incentives of individuals.
